The NACIIL annual meeting 2019 is dedicated to distressed debt trading
First, the International Private Law developments in this field will be set out and reflected upon, with a focus on the Proposed EU Regulation on the Law Applicable to the Third-Party Effect of Assignment of Claims.
Secondly, the question will be dealt with how the landscape of insolvency law and practice changes by the emergence of loan to own strategies via credit bids. Speakers will discuss current developments and critically asses the direction insolvency law is taking.
